Under the guidance of Houston Professional Artist, Rosalinda R. Toro, RoseArtWorks has created over 270 projects; 30 in the Houston Metropolitan area.
“Rose Toro” has graced countless walls, parks, schools, and monuments with her unique form of Mosaic Art.
“Ms. Toro”, as children call her, takes into consideration the context, history, purpose and use of the space the children beautify.
Lectures about Art History, the importance of Public Art and Social Behavior are part of the Curriculum that RoseArtWorks implements while creating Art with the community and for the community. We promote the building of artistic skills to ensure children’s success.
